General Manager:
The incumbent should be business graduate with excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidates should be a seasoned person with the experience of 10-15 year proven track record of managing all departments of the process industry.
Chief Engineer:
 B.Sc (Electrical/ Mechanical) engineering, member of PEC. Must have minimum 10 years experience in process industry. Experience in operation of wood furniture manufacturing machines and CNC machines would be an added advantage.
Cheif Architect:
A NCA/ UET qualified, member of PCATP. Must have minimum 10 years experience in designing and execution of projects. Experience of commercial projects would be an added advantage.
Project Manager:
A business/engineering graduate with 10 years experience in successful execution of projects. A goal achiever, Must be a team player with excellent.
Human Resource Manager:
MBA (HR) / MHRM / MPAÂ with 10 years experience in process industrial environment.
Export Manager:
MBA with10 years experience in managing export activities. A result oriented team leader.
Retail Operations Manager:
MBAÂ with 10 years experience in retails outlets operations.
Site Supervisor:
DAE Civil with 8 years experience in executions of projects at various sites, with practical knowledge of AutoCAD and preparation BOQ with highly desirable.
