Applications are invited from suitable candidates residing in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Murree or nearby areas for the following positions in the Medicinal Plants Center at Lakot, Muree, a project of the H.E.J. Research Institute of Chemistry, University of Karachi.
                             

Opportunities and Requirement

 01   RESEARCH OFFICER (BPS-17
Age Maximum: 40 Years

Qualification: M.Sc. / B.S. in Botany from H.E.C. recognized University with throughout first class with not more than one-second division in an academic career.

Experience: Minimum ten (10) years working experience in Ethnobotanical Survey of medicinal and aromatic plants of high altitude. Administrative experience would be an added advantage.

02 RESEARCH OFFICER (Contractual)
Age Maximum: 35 years 

Qualification: Ph.D. in Phytochemistry / Natural Product Chemistry from H.E.C. recognized University.
Experience: One-year experience in H.E.C. recognized research organization in the relevant field. (Monthly Salary Range): Rs. 70,000 to 80,000 based on experience

                                         
03 JUNIOR RESEARCH OFFICER (Contractual)   
Age Maximum: 30 Years
Qualification: M.Sc./B.S in Organic/Analytical Chemistry from H.E.C. recognized University.

Experience: One year experience in any research organization in the relevant field.
(Salary: Rs. 30,000-Rs. 40,000 based on experience)
                                       
04 CARETAKER (Contractual)
Age Maximum: 30 Years

Qualification: Matriculate.

 Experience: Two years' experience in any organization. Working as a cook would be an additional advantage.
 (Salary: Rs. 18,000-Rs. 22,000 based on experience)
