1. Stenographer (BPS-15)Â

Qualification & Experience
Graduate at least in Second Division from any recognized University.
ii) Certificate in Shorthand and typing, issued by an Institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE).
iii) The speed of 80/30 words per minute in Shorthand and Typing respectively.
iv) Having knowledge of M.S Office and experience in use of Computer.
2. Accountant (BPS-14)
i) Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance, at least in Second Division from a recognized University.
ii) Preferably three (3) years experience with any Chartered Accountant/Government Department/Court/Tribunal.
iii) Having knowledge of M. S Office and experience in use of Computer.
3. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)
 i) Intermediate or equivalent from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.
ii) Certificate in MS Office from recognized Institute and having typing speed of thirty (30) words per minute in English.
4. Record Keeper (BPS-06)
 i) Intermediate or equivalent from the recognized Board.
ii) Having knowledge of M. S Office and Experience in use of Computer.
5. Driver (BPS-04)
 i) Matriculation and possessing LTV/HTV driving license.
ii) Must be able to maintain the log book having at least three (03) years driving experience.
6. Dispatch Rider (BPS-04)
 i) Matriculation or equivalent from the recognized Board.
ii) Possessing a valid driving license for Motorcycle or Scooter.
7. Bailiff (BPS-01)
 i) Matriculation or equivalent from the recognized Board.
ii) Possessing a valid driving license for Motorcycle.

Terms & ConditionsÂ
- 1. Only Eligible Candidates fulfilling above criteria for respective posts will be called for written test/skill test.Â
- 2. The general upper age relaxation limit will be allowed as per Sindh Government policy.Â
- 3. Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel/ having NOG from respective department organization otherwise their candidature will not be accepted.Â
- 4. Incomplete Application & those received after due date shall not be entertained.Â
- 5. Deposited Test Fee is Non-refundable & Non-Transferable.Â
- 6. Domicile & PRC must be of Sindh Province.Â
- 7. No TA/DA shall be admissible for test/interview.Â
- 8. Date. Time & Venue of the test shall be intimated later on through letters, SMS & STS website.Â
- 9. ATSRB have the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies.Â
- 10. If any documents provided by the candidate are found bogus during the recruitment process and afterward the appointment will be treated as canceled.Â
- 11. A candidate can apply more than one post by submitting a separate form for each post with separate fees.Â
- 12. Only those candidates who shall qualify written test of STS by obtaining up to 60 marks and top position will be called to appear before the Departmental Selection Committee for final Interview/Selection.Â
- 13. Candidate should bring original documents along with attested copy of all these relevant documents at the time of interview.Â
- 14. Women/Disabled & Minorities quota shall also be observed/maintained strictly according to existing rules/policy of Government of Sindh.Â
- 15. Male & Female both can apply.Â
- 16. Mobile Phones are not allowed in Test PremisesÂ
- 17. The written test will be conducted only in the main three cities of Sindh Province i.e Karachi/Hyderabad/Sukkur.Â
How to ApplyÂ
- Please download the Application Form along with the prescribed Test Fee Deposit Slip from STS website, (www.sindhtestingservice.org).Â
- Pay the fee in any of the country-wide online branches of Sindh Bank Ltd. and Meezan Bank. Attach the paid copy of deposit slip with the filled up application form.Â
- Please deposit Test fees PKRs. 350/- for Serial No. 1 to 4 and PKRs. 250/- for Serial No. 5 to 10 respectively.Â
- Please send the Filled up Application Form along with Original Bank Deposit Slip through Post or UMS to Sindh Testing Service Pakistan Headquarter; A-21, 3rd Floor near Society Office, Sharahe Quaideen, Karachi, before the Last Date.Â
- Application Forms improperly filled up, incomplete, without a paid copy of deposit slip will be rejected.Â
- Please submit your test fees through prescribed deposit slip on any online branch of the designated bank.Â
- Applications submitted by hand will NOT BE ENTERTAINED.Â
- STS is not responsible for the late receipt of applications sent through post or by any courier service.Â
- Last Date of Submission of Application Forms is 30 November 2018.Â
- Please do not attach an original only photocopy of the educational certificate, CNIC, Domicile, and PRC, & four passport sizeÂ
- Photographs are required with the application forms at this stage.
