Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority Jobs Opportunity 

Applications are invited from the citizens of Pakistan to fill in the vacant posts of GDMOs/Dental Surgeons/Staff Nurses at different WAPDA Hospitals/Dispensaries. The appointments will be made on lump sum package for period of one year (extendable subject to satisfactory performance without regularization) as mentioned below:

Contract: Initially for a period of 01 year extendable subject to satisfactory performance. The services of officers appointed on contract shall not be regularized at any stage. Note: Applicants are advised to read the following instruction carefully before filling the relevant prescribed application form available on the Pakistan Testing Service (PTS) website (www.pts.org.pk). 1. • All candidates will be selected on merit, observing the quota as per Federal Government Policy. 
2. • Candidates applying on prescribed application form for the post available on PTS website will only be considered for short listing 
3. • Serving candidates are advised to apply Through Proper Channel with NOC from the department where they are serving. Advance copy of the application, however, may be forwarded without obtaining NOC. The candidate will not be allowed to appear in the test if he fails to produce NOC on or before the test. 
4. • The application submitted by the candidates to PTS will be at the risk and cost of the applicant. Any information found bogus at any stage during induction or later in service will result in termination thereof. 
5. • Candidates who have been dismissed or disbarred from further employment are not eligible to apply. 
6. • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview 
7. • The candidates shall be called for Interviews/further process subject to detailed scrutiny of documents and after checking of eligibility under the rules. Merely passing the written test does not make candidature for the further recruitment process. 
8. • No TA/DA will be allowed to candidates for test by PTS and interview by WAPDA 
9. • General Age Relaxation has already been included in the age mentioned against each category. No further age relaxation is allowed in the prescribed age limit 
10. • Original documents must be presented by the candidates at the time of interview. 
11. • Candidates may contact PTS for any query/enquiry regarding written test, display of provisional and final list of candidates, roll number slips, test centers, results etc. 
12. • WAPDA reserves The right to withhold the recruitment process at any stage. The number of posts can be increased or decreased by the competent authority. 
13. • Incomplete applications or applications carrying incorrect information shall be summarily rejected. • Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained. 
14. • Last date for submission of applications shall be the 15th day from publication of the advertisement. 

HOW TO APPLY

• Application forms shall be downloaded from Pakistan Testing Service (PTS) website i.e. www.pts.org.pk
• Eligibility of a candidate shall be determined on the basis of academic record, short listing and test to be conducted by Pakistan Testing Service and later interview by the WAPDA Selection Boards.
• Candidates shall submit application forms duly filled in along with test fee of Rs. 170/- in favour of Pakistan Testing Service, copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs directly to PTS through courier on the address mentioned on Application Form PTS HEAD OFFICE, 3RD FLOOR, ADEEL PLAZA, BLUE AREA,. • Test fee shall be paid in any branch of HBL or UBL on prescribed Bank Challan (Attached with Application Form downloaded from PTS website i.e. www.pts.org.pk.
