SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) was established in 2 of State Bank of Pakistan. Principal Responsibilities 

  • Maintain overall security in the Bank by establishing and enforce procedures and ensuring their consistent implementation to provide to employees, visitors, and stakeholders of the Bank. 
  • Analyze and propose improvements in existing security arranger 
  • Ensure upkeep of integrated. seamless and state of the art s procedures at all premises of SBP and its offices of subsidiaries all over the country. Develop awareness in the organization about safety and security and measure and management
  • Ensure that disaster recovery, business continuity, incident respect needs of the Bank are properly addressed. 
  • Maintain close liaison with law enforcement and other concerned matters. 
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Qualification & Experience 
  1. An ex-Army Officer of the rank of Brigadier. 
  2. Bachelors/Masters Degree from HEC recognized University. In case the degree is obtained from a Foreign University, equivalence certificate from Higher Education Commission (HEC) is to be submitted at the time of interview. 
  3. Qualified PSC/ISC/LSC or equivalent or higher. 
Age
Maximum 55 years as on the last date of submission of an application to SBP BSC.

Competencies 
  • Strong Leadership and Communication skills. 
  • Fully conversant with modem security enforcement methods, electronic surveillance techniques and tools.
  • Highest level of professional integrity and should be able to work
Selection Procedure 
Only short-listed candidates will be invited for interview before the S be made in order of merit.
Compensation under pressure.

Compensation
The selected candidate will be offered a market competitive salary in the Salary of OG-6, commensurate with the experience and qualification of the candidate along with 1300 cc car, staff loans and medical facility for self, spouse and dependent children as per Bank's rules.

Place of Posting 
The selected candidate will be required to work at Head Office of SBP BSC at Karachi.
